The Entertainment will feature Mardelle Driscoll on Cello.  Her talents never stop, she also might be seen with a paint brush in her hand helping Kristi.

Direct from California is “Mark Ward”, with his wonderful songs and guitar work from yester-years.  Standards you’ll want to sing along with him.

So come join the fun Oct. 20^th, 7142 N. 58^th Dr. Glendale, AZ. (Catlin Court shops).  You’ll be helping by picking up a card or bookmark, for some very needy animals.

This message comes from Marion Wishnefski:

I am displaying my work at the Sundial Recreation Center in Sun City for the month of September as Palo Verde "artist of the month".

The paintings will be located in the display case on the upper floor of the rec center.

Congratulations, Marion, on being the Artist of the Month!

Adelante Reception

Sorry for the delay in reporting on the reception. WHAM hosted a lovely reception and we toured the artwork that is displayed throughout this large facility. One painting was sold at the reception!

Here, we have Vanguard members Sharon King and myself, together with two of our artist buddies standing near my Magnolia Plantation painting.

Nan Adams announces that she sold a painting at the Professional Building. It was her "Bashful Rose" watercolor painting. She replaced the sold painting with another of her wonderful florals, "Golden Engelmann's Blossom".

Congrats to you, Nan, and thanks for letting us know as we can share in your success vicariously!
