Vanguard Artists, founded in 1977, is a premier group of professional artists who meet at 1:00pm on the first Friday of the Month (except summers) at the Sun City West Foundation in Sun City West, Arizona. Its major focus is to provide a forum for the critiquing of art work produced by each artist. This analysis of painting results in generating better quality work. Vanguard Artists, with its quest for excellence, enriches the community through networking, education and ultimately, finer art.

Sun City West Arts and Crafts Fair
Many Vanguard members also participate in the Sun City West Arts and Crafts Fair. This will be March 23 from 8:00-3:00. Dyanne Locati will be in the clay area, Kristi Herring will be in the art area.Many more Vanguard members will be represented here also.
